Privacy policy

Last updated: September 2026.

At Come2Ireland we process your personal data transparently, only for what you ask us, and we never sell it to third parties.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Jose Wilson (Come2Ireland). For any privacy question contact: josewilson@come2ireland.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact forms: name, email, phone, profession/sector and the message you send us.
  • Browsing: anonymous internal statistics of visited pages to improve the site (no personal identification).
  • If you contact us via WhatsApp, we process the data you share in that conversation.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your data to manage your information request or job application, reply to you, and —if you are a company— to manage recruitment. The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, the pre-contractual or commercial relationship that begins.

4. Recipients and storage

Forms are stored securely with cloud providers (Supabase) under reasonable security measures. We do not share or sell your data to third parties, except where legally required or to strictly necessary intermediaries for the service (e.g. internal email alerts).

5. Retention

We keep your data while the commercial relationship or your request lasts, and for as long as required to comply with legal obligations. You can ask for deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of and request the portability of your data. Write to josewilson@come2ireland.com and we will handle it free of charge. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
